Privacy Policy from IDN Cosmetics

1. «IDN Cosmetics» considers confidentiality of personal data as a fundamental principle of doing business.

2. This Privacy Statement applies to Individual Entrepreneurs, Ukraine, and is further referred to as «IDN Cosmetics», «Data Operator», «Operator» or «Owner».

3. By using the site or purchasing services offered on the IDN Cosmetics website, as well as answering the necessary questions in the form when registering and/or placing an order, the User confirms that he gives consent to IDN Cosmetics and authorized persons to process personal data, and also that he is an adult.

4. Personal data means any information that can be attributed to an identified or identifiable individual User (hereinafter referred to as the “personal data subject”, “User”). Personal data includes all types of information that can be directly or indirectly (i.e. using other data) linked to the data subject, such as name, date of birth, address, email address, telephone number, etc.

5. The User gives his consent to the Operator and his authorized persons to process the information received, including collection, storage, use, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, distribution, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data left when using the funds automation, systematization and formation of a database of site users, compilation of statistical reporting, as well as to receive information about ongoing research and other proposals from the Operator and its authorized persons, as well as interaction with the User, including via telecommunication networks, including sending SMS- messages and emails until such consent is withdrawn.

6. The User provides his consent and allows the Operator and its authorized persons to process their personal data (including: First Name; Last Name; Patronymic; Gender; Contact phone number; Email).

7. The user has the right to withdraw his consent at any time by sending a written notification using the contact information posted on the site «IDN Cosmetics».

8. «IDN Cosmetics» carries out the processing and storage of personal data in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, but in general also adheres to the EU policy in the field of personal data protection.

9. This Privacy Statement constitutes the entire privacy statement applicable to IDN Cosmetics' online activities. The Statement explains what types of information IDN Cosmetics collects online and how it uses this information..

10. IDN Cosmetics complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), which has a trans-territorial nature.

1. IDN Cosmetics is the owner of the following personal data bases:

1.1. Database of personal data of Users, including System logs (In order to ensure the operation of the IDN Cosmetics website and its technical maintenance, IDN Cosmetics and any third-party services may maintain files that record the interaction of the site with Users (system logs), or use other Personal Data (in particular, IP address) for this purpose.

1. The purpose of processing personal data in the system is to store and maintain the data of Site Users in accordance with Articles 6, 7 of the Law of Ukraine «On the Protection of Personal Data».

The purpose of processing personal data is to ensure the implementation of civil law relations, the provision / receipt and implementation of payments for purchased goods / services in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine «On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine», as well as the delivery of paid goods and advertising activities.

1. The User's consent must be a voluntary expression of will to provide permission to process his personal data in accordance with the stated purpose of their processing.

2. The User's consent can be provided by marking it on an electronic page or in an electronic file when registering on the IDN Cosmetics website or in another way at IDN Cosmetics' choice.

3. IDN Cosmetics does not process personal data about the racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, as well as data relating to the health or sex life of the User.

2. The subject of relations related to personal data submits a request to IDN Cosmetics for access (hereinafter referred to as the request) to personal data.

3. The request specifies:

3.1. Last name, first name and patronymic, place of residence (location) and details of the document identifying the individual submitting the request (for the individual applicant);

3.2. Name, location of the legal entity submitting the request, position, surname, first name and patronymic of the person certifying the request; confirmation that the content of the request corresponds to the powers of the legal entity (for the legal entity - the applicant);

3.3. Last name, first name and patronymic, as well as other information allowing to identify the individual in respect of whom the request is made;

3.4Information about the personal data base in respect of which the request is being submitted, information about the owner or manager of this database;

3.5. List of personal data requested;

3.6. Purpose of the request.

4. The period for studying a request for its satisfaction cannot exceed ten working days from the date of its receipt.

5. During this period, IDN Cosmetics informs the person submitting the request that the request will be granted or the relevant personal data will not be provided, indicating the basis specified in the relevant regulatory legal act.

6. The request is satisfied within thirty calendar days from the date of its receipt, unless otherwise provided by law.

7. Delay of access to personal data of third parties is permitted if the necessary data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. In this case, the total period for resolving the issues raised in the request cannot exceed forty-five calendar days.

8. The notice of postponement is communicated to the third party who submitted the request in writing with an explanation of the procedure for appealing such a decision.

9. Denial of access to personal data is permitted if access to it is prohibited by law.

1. Personal data databases are equipped with system, software, hardware and communication tools that prevent loss, theft, unauthorized destruction, distortion, forgery, copying of information and meet the requirements of international and national standards.

2. IDN Cosmetics organizes work related to the protection of personal data when processing it in accordance with the law.

3. IDN Cosmetics does not store personal data longer than is necessary for the purpose for which such data is stored. IDN Cosmetics may retain User information for as long as the User's account remains active or as necessary to provide services consistent with IDN Cosmetics' responsibilities or any of the purposes listed above. Access to personal data is provided exclusively to IDN Cosmetics employees and third parties who have appropriate permission and a clear operational need for access to data.

5. The user has the right:

5.1. Know about the location of the personal data base containing his personal data, its purpose and name, the location and / or place of residence (stay) of the owner or manager of this database or give appropriate instructions to receive this information to persons authorized by him, except in cases established by law;< br />

5.2. Receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom his personal data contained in the relevant personal data database is transferred;

5.3. To access your personal data contained in the corresponding personal data base;

5.4. Receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response to where his personal data is stored in the relevant personal data base, as well as receive the content of his personal data that is stored;

5.5. Submit a reasoned demand with an objection to the processing of your personal data by state authorities, local government bodies in the exercise of powers provided for by law;

5.6. Submit a reasoned request to change or destroy your personal data by any owner and manager of this database if this data is processed illegally or is unreliable;

5.7. To protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to deliberate concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as protection from the provision of information that is unreliable or discredits the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;< br />

5.8. Contact state authorities and local governments whose powers include the protection of personal data regarding the protection of their personal data rights;

5.9. Apply legal remedies in case of violation of laws on the protection of personal data.

1. The user has the right to receive any information about himself from any subject of relations related to personal data, without specifying the purpose of the request, except in cases established by law.

2. User access to personal data is free.

3. The user submits a request to IDN Cosmetics for access (hereinafter referred to as the request) to personal data. The request specifies:

3.1. Last name, first name and patronymic, place of residence (location) and details of the identity document of the subject of personal data;

3.2. Other information allowing to identify the subject of personal data;

3.3. Information about the personal data base in respect of which the request is being submitted, information about the owner or manager of this database;

3.4. List of requested personal data.

4. The period for studying a request for its satisfaction cannot exceed ten working days from the date of its receipt.

5. During this period, the owner of the personal data database informs the User that the request will be satisfied or the relevant personal data will not be provided, indicating the grounds specified in the relevant regulatory legal act.

6. The request is satisfied within thirty calendar days from the date of its receipt, unless otherwise provided by law.

1. This Statement may be updated from time to time, for example, in the event of changes in applicable legislation or the structure of IDN Cosmetics. If any changes are made, Users will be notified by email or notice on the website before the changes take effect. IDN Cosmetics recommends that Users regularly check the site for up-to-date privacy policy information.
