Hikari Cleansing Eye Cleanser

DESCRIPTION:
The two-phase formula dissolves even the most resistant makeup in seconds and gently cleanses the area around the eyes. APPLICATION:
Apply to the eyelids and skin around the eyes using a cotton pad. Shake before use. Does not require rinsing with water. To relieve tension from the eyes, make a soothing compress: put cotton pads soaked in Hikari Eye Cleanser on the eyes and leave for 10-15 minutes.
