APPLICATION:
Apply to clean and dry lips. If desired, you can use lip balm or moisturizing lipstick as a base. Define the lip contour with the pencil, following the natural lip line. You can also adjust the shape of the lips if necessary. Then, fill in the lips with color using the same pencil. Distribute the color evenly over the entire surface of the lips.
