DESCRIPTION:
A facial toner that completes the cleansing process, balances the skin's pH, smoothens the skin, and prepares it for moisturizer application. APPLICATION:
Use the toner after cleansing the skin in the morning and evening. Moisten a cotton pad with a small amount of the liquid and gently wipe the skin after washing. Do not rinse off. Allow the skin to air dry and proceed with applying moisturizer.
